Our local products
El Bait is a family-run farm and extends over approximately 4 hectares of land within the Municipality of San Biagio Platani, the large town of Easter arches. The land is located in Contrada Mandralia, in the most uncontaminated heart of the Platani Valley with its olive groves and pistachio groves.
The company was born from the desire to enhance and protect the Sicilian land by producing and marketing products such as pistachios, saffron and oil.
The Bruno family nurtures that innate love for the land handed down with wise wisdom from the generations that preceded them.
